Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how we review, handle, ship, and deliver orders placed on www.pctpharmacy.com.

PCT Pharmacy sells products only to customers outside India. Products listed on this website are not sold within India.

By placing an order through the Website, you agree to this Shipping and Delivery Policy together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Returns and Exchange Policy.

1. Order Processing

All orders are subject to review and acceptance before dispatch.

Orders are processed once payment is received, and the order is reviewed. We also confirm product availability and complete shipping or compliance checks as needed.

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, though some may take longer depending on stock availability, destination, shipping restrictions, verification requirements, or other operational factors.

We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order where necessary, including due to concerns regarding payment, destination-country import issues, inaccurate customer information, shipping restrictions, or other compliance-related matters.

2. International Orders Only

This Website serves international orders only.

We do not accept or fulfil domestic orders within India.

Before placing an order, check that products can be imported into your country or region. Review your local laws, customs, and import restrictions first.

3. Shipping Services

We use postal operators, couriers, and delivery providers. This depends on destination, parcel type, and operations.

Shipping options may vary by country, package size, product type, and available services. The shipping method for your order will depend on what’s available when we send it.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time for Express Mail is generally 15 to 22 days.

Delivery can take 30 days or more if customs, weather, public holidays, or transport interruptions cause delays. Other events outside our control may also increase delivery times.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Transit Routing

Some shipments may go through transit hubs or other countries. This may add transit time, slow tracking, or change the route.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Responsibility

All orders are shipped internationally. Customers must follow import laws, customs, postal rules, and product limits of their country.

Customers must pay any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges that are needed.

PCT Pharmacy is not responsible for customs delays, import refusals, or seizures. We are also not liable for any parcels that are confiscated, destroyed, returned, or otherwise affected.

Any customs-related matter will be considered only in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Returns and Exchange Policy.

7. No Reshipment for Mail Forwarders

We do not offer free reshipment if an order goes to mail-forwarders, reshippers, consolidators, or similar third parties.

Any delay, loss, or issue with these services is your full responsibility.

8. Tracking Information

We usually send tracking info by email after we ship your order.

Tracking and how often it is updated depend on the shipping method, the destination, and the postal or courier service used. Sometimes, tracking updates can be delayed or limited after a package arrives in the destination country.

9. Lost, Delayed, Damaged, Missing, or Partial Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or incomplete, contact us at info@pctpharmacy.com right away. Include your order number.

    • a clear description of the issue;
    • photographs of the parcel, packaging, and contents, where applicable.

Any request for a new shipment or a replacement will be subject to our Returns and Exchange Policy and Terms and Conditions.

A one-time free reshipment may be available for eligible lost or undelivered shipments where:

    • The issue is reported within 7 weeks of the original shipping date.
    • at least 30 days have passed since the last tracking update; and
    • All applicable conditions under our Returns and Exchange Policy have been met.

10. Customer Shipping Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details. This includes the full legal name, address, and any additional information needed for delivery.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or missed deliveries caused by bad addresses, missing recipient details, or customer moves without forwarding. This includes incorrect contact information.

Orders with missing or incorrect delivery details are not eligible for free reshipment.

11. Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned and remains recoverable, we may arrange to resend it once the customer pays the applicable reshipping cost.

Some returned parcels cannot be recovered. Postal or customs authorities may destroy, abandon, or dispose of them.

12. Risk in Transit

Risk passes to the customer when the order is given to the carrier. This is subject to our Terms and our Returns and Exchange Policy.

13. Force Majeure and Delivery Disruption

We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events outside our control. These may include customs, trade and political events, pandemics, disasters, strikes, or stops in courier networks.
