Returns and Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on www.pctpharmacy.com.
PCT Pharmacy supplies products only to international customers. Products listed on this Website are not offered for domestic sale within India.
We handle orders carefully and resolve any genuine shipping or fulfilment issues fairly. Due to the types of products and our international delivery model, we do not accept standard returns once the goods have been dispatched.
By placing an order through the Website, you agree to this Returns and Exchange Policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions.
1. No Returns Accepted
For safety, compliance, and quality control, we do not accept returns once products have been dispatched. This is also due to our international fulfilment process.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- change-of-mind purchases;
- unwanted items;
- customer ordering mistakes;
- Refusal of delivery by the customer;
- failure to comply with import rules in the destination country;
- customs delays, holds, refusals, seizures, or confiscations;
- orders sent to or through any mail forwarding, reshipping, consolidation, or package-forwarding service.
2. No Standard Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges after an order has been shipped.
If a fulfilment issue is verified, such as a damaged order, missing item, partial order, or lost shipment, we usually issue a replacement shipment. This is subject to the conditions below.
3. Lost or Undelivered Orders
A one-time free reshipment may be offered for an eligible order that has been lost in transit, provided that:
- You notify us within 7 weeks of the original shipping date; and
- At least 30 days have passed since the last tracking update.
Claims made more than 7 weeks after the shipping date do not qualify for free reshipment or refund.
This period may be extended only for exceptional circumstances or for force majeure affecting delivery times.
4. Conditions for Free Reshipment
To qualify for a free reshipment, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
- The shipping details provided at checkout were correct, complete, and included the customer’s full legal name.
- The order was not sent to, or routed through, any mail forwarder, reshipping service, package consolidation company, or similar forwarding arrangement;
- The parcel is not shown as delivered by the carrier or tracking system.
- The customer reports the issue within the time period stated above.
If shipping details are incorrect, such as an inaccurate address, missing recipient info, or the customer relocates without updating details, free reshipment does not apply.
5. Returned Parcels
If we recover a returned parcel, we will resend it when you pay the reshipping fee.
Not all returned parcels are recoverable. Sometimes, postal operators or customs may destroy or dispose of a parcel, making reshipment impossible.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Partial Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, contact us at info@pctpharmacy.com. Provide your order number, describe the issue, and, if possible, send photographs of the parcel, packaging, and items.

- photographs of the parcel, packaging, and received items, where applicable.
If the issue is verified, we usually send a replacement shipment at no extra cost.
7. Reshipment Address
Any approved reshipment will normally be sent to the original shipping address provided at checkout.
If you want the shipment to a different address, we may allow it, provided you pay any additional shipping or handling fees.
8. No Reshipment for Mail Forwarders
Orders shipped to, addressed to, or routed through any mail forwarding service, reshipping provider, package consolidation service, or similar third-party arrangement are not eligible for free reshipment, return, exchange, or refund protection.
Any risk from using such services is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
9. International Orders
All sales made through the Website are for international delivery only.
Customers must ensure that their products can be legally imported into the destination country. Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local compliance.
We do not accept returns and do not guarantee refunds where an order is affected by:
- customs inspection;
- customs delay;
- import refusal;
- customs seizure;
- regulatory hold;
- confiscation or destruction by customs or border authorities.
Any such issue will be subject to our Terms and Conditions and any reshipment provisions.
10. Order Cancellations
You can only cancel orders before we process them for dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
11. Refund Position
We generally do not issue refunds after dispatch.
If a genuine fulfilment issue is verified, we will usually replace or resend the order rather than issue a refund.
Any refund issued after dispatch will be at our discretion and granted only where we determine it is justified in the circumstances.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error caused by us requires otherwise.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability in any return, replacement, refund, or product claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or item.
