This Payments Policy covers all purchases made through www.pctpharmacy.com (“Website”).
PCT Pharmacy supplies products only to international customers. Products listed on this Website are not offered for domestic sale within India.
When you place an order through the Website, you agree to this Payments Policy. You also agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Returns and Exchange Policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment options available at checkout. These may include major credit and debit cards.

We must receive full payment before we process or dispatch an order.

7. Pricing Errors
We aim to keep all pricing and listing information accurate. Errors may happen occasionally.
If a pricing, description, or typographical error affects an order, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the affected order.

- issue a refund for any payment received;
- correct the error without prior notice.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the relevant payment provider.
Unless otherwise stated in our Terms and Conditions or Returns and Exchange Policy:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we determine otherwise.
- Refunds are not automatically available once an order has been dispatched.
- Where a genuine fulfilment issue is verified, the usual remedy will be replacement or reshipment rather than a refund.
9. Refused or Cancelled Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any payment or order where:

If you paid and we later cancel the order, we will refund you to the same payment method, if approved.
