Shipping services offered through the website are for international delivery only. We do not accept or fulfil domestic orders within India.

Shipping fees apply to all orders. Larger, heavier, or specially handled shipments may incur additional charges depending on destination, parcel size, or shipping method.

Estimated delivery time by Express Mail is generally 15 to 22 days, although delivery may take 30 days or longer due to customs processing, postal delays, transport disruption, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

In some situations, shipments may pass through transit hubs or third country routing points, resulting in additional delays.

Customers are fully responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including full legal name and full delivery address. PCT Pharmacy is not responsible for failed delivery or other issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

8. No Reshipment for Mail Forwarders

Orders sent to, addressed to, or routed through a mail forwarding service, package consolidation provider, reshipping service, or similar intermediary are not eligible for free reshipment protection.

If a customer uses any such forwarding arrangement, any entitlement to a replacement shipment or related claim is automatically void. This includes orders first delivered to one country for onward forwarding to another destination.

Any delay, seizure, loss, return, refusal, or non-delivery connected with a forwarding service remains entirely at the customer’s own risk.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Reshipment

No Returns

Once products have been dispatched, they cannot be returned. Due to the nature of the goods supplied, all sales are final after shipment.

No Refund After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for a refund.

Reshipment

Subject to these Terms, PCT Pharmacy may provide a replacement shipment in the following circumstances:

• • a parcel is lost in transit and reported within the required period;
  • tracking shows no movement for at least 30 days;
  • goods arrive damaged;
  • Part of the order is missing.

Claims for lost packages must be made within 7 weeks of the shipment date. Claims made after that time may be declined.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier or tracking system will not qualify for free reshipment.

Orders placed using incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information are not eligible for free reshipment.

Any approved replacement shipment will normally be sent to the original delivery address unless the customer requests a different address and pays any additional shipping or handling costs.

10. Customs and Import Responsibility

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import laws, customs requirements, postal rules, and any product restrictions that apply in the destination country before placing an order.

Any customs duty, VAT, tax, fee, import charge, or clearance cost imposed by the destination country is the customer’s responsibility.

Customs delays, inspections, seizures, returns, or other customs action are beyond our direct control. Where a shipment is affected by customs intervention, PCT Pharmacy may review the matter in line with its current shipping and reshipment policies.

11. Restricted Products

PCT Pharmacy does not supply narcotics, controlled substances, illegal steroids, or other prohibited products. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict any order where we believe it may breach applicable law, shipping restrictions, or our own compliance requirements.

12. Product Substitution

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that if a product becomes unavailable, is temporarily out of stock, or is too close to expiry for dispatch, PCT Pharmacy may substitute it with a product of a similar type, intended use, composition, and comparable quality.

We will make reasonable efforts to select a substitute that closely matches the original item in terms of function and value. If no suitable substitute is available, we may contact you to discuss cancellation, store credit, or refund options where appropriate.

Substitutions are only made where reasonably necessary to avoid unnecessary delay or interruption in order to fulfil.
